GNGB cited as an example of 'strategic leadership and cross-boundary collaboration'

Workshops run by the by the Planning Advisory Service (PAS) to discuss the 'Planning for the Future' white paper and the proposed move from CIL to IL, have cited Greater Norwich as an example of progressive best practice. PAS championed the development of business plans set alongside 5 years CIL forecasts (as per the GNGB's Five Year Infrastructure Investment Plan). 

PAS have published an advice paper following the government’s recent white paper entitled 'PAS Developer Contributions - start with the spend in mind'
